WHY IS THE COURSE OFFERED?

The primary objective of this course is to equip participants with the essential tools to confidently navigate the challenges that may arise in their careers. This course has been designed to address the need for knowledge in the areas of business ownership, life planning, and career planning during college education. The participants will have the opportunity to learn from a certified and licensed speech-language pathologist who has gained successful experience in managing a private practice. Through this course, participants can enhance their skills and build a better understanding of career and life planning.

WHY WAS THE COURSE CREATED?

The course was initially conceptualized for graduate students, and since the fall of 2019, the instructor has worked with 45 graduate clinicians from various colleges and universities globally. During this time, the instructor has provided extensive guidance on the nuances of private practice, a component that is not typically offered during other private practice externships, according to research. At Dynamic Therapy, graduate students are provided with a comprehensive understanding of business operations, from billing to scheduling, enabling them to learn how to manage a business effectively. Given the exceptional quality of the course content, it is now time for others to benefit from this knowledge as it is too valuable to be limited to only a few students.
