We at Dynamic Therapy value our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of print-on-demand, all sales are final. However, if you receive a defective product, please contact us at email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your order, along with a photo and the order number. We will investigate the matter and provide a solution at our expense if applicable.
Please note that any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
